This will be a bullet post:

Hugo returned Saturday morning.  Yay!!

The power has been going off rather frequently…  not so yay…

There’s no margarine in the stores right now…  again, not so yay…

It was a crazy weekend with a good-bye potluck for a number of MAF’ers who are leaving Sentani for good and a number of others who are going on furlough.  It’s always sad to say good-bye.  One of Mikah’s good friends is leaving…

Mikah’s class had the fun of serving the Grade 8 class a nice meal in honour of their moving on to high school after this year.

Hugo was able to find a ripstick on his layover in Makasar.  An off-brand one of course, but the kids are really enjoying it…  just wish I could figure out how to do it without falling…

Last week the plane that was stuck interior was successfully ferried back here to undergo full repair.  It had been two months since the accident, which seems like a long time ago, but here, that’s pretty speedy paperwork!

Today R’s dad passed away.  It sounds like he had a stroke.  He wasn’t much of a father to her, but he was still her dad.
