Pyramid from the air…

Just thought I’d give you an idea of what it’s like in Pyramid.  It’s in a valley obviously, and the people that live in that area, the Dani’s, are known for their gardening abilities.  You’ll notice there’s a paved road going through.  It goes on for a couple more hours at least.  This road has actually eliminated the need for the airstrip.  Except we need it to get all the people and stuff in and out for conference.  We have only a few cars in Wamena, but we have lots of planes that can carry a lot more stuff and people than cars!
