We’ve arrived safely in Canada after spending far too much time in airplanes.  It’s so good to see our friends Chris and Pearl and kids again!  They are very gracious hosts to our family.

Hugo is still in Kansas finishing his course and hopes to meet us Saturday evening.

We’ve spent our first day at the dentist and shopping.  Oh, the joys!

It’s far too cold here and I didn’t bring enough warm clothes to wear…  oh yeah, I don’t really own that many warm clothes…   Apparently this has been the coldest June in 60 years or something insane like that.  Brrrrr!!!!

We are super glad to be in our home and native land right now.  There’s been even more tensions and unrest in Papua lately.  Please pray for peace and stability in this province.

Welcome in Canada once again! Yeah, sorry about the cool temperatures. Hang on to your rain slickers though — have you hear the weather forecast for the coming week? Can you say quack? Have an enjoyable time here eh?
