As we have done a lot of work on our church building in the last year, this years Christmas service was held there.  We even have a working washroom!  It was a nice evening with some performances by the Sunday School kids and the Baikole family.  There was also the traditional candle lighting ceremony and this year I was asked to represent the ladies in the church and light a candle.  Then we heard a message on the true meaning of Christmas and what it means for our lives, followed by a meal prepared by and shared by all of us.  Our pastor also handed out gifts to each of the kids.  (the gifts had been provided by the parents)  At one point during the evening, Marc lost a tooth.  Made for some extra excitement.
